Estimado usuario, elige el archivo que deseas utilizar para acceder remotamente a tu PC. Una vez seleccionado y descargado, deberás descomprimirlo e instalarlo en tu PC. Es necesario descomprimir el archivo descargado antes de instalarlo. Sólo Software Más utiliza la versión 11 de TeamViewer. Esta versión no funcionará con ninguna otra versión de TeamViewer. Para usuarios de MAC, selecciona la opción de descarga para Mac.

Cualquiera de estas aplicaciones permite al departamento técnico de Software Más acceder remotamente a tu PC. Esto permite a nuestro departamento de soporte técnico acceder a tus datos en nuestras instalaciones. Software Mas tomará todos los datos de tu aplicación y los exportará a archivos planos o en formato de hoja de cálculo Excel. Estos datos no tendrán fórmulas ni configuraciones que utilizar. Este proceso puede durar de 2 a 4 días, dependiendo del número de registros de cada base de datos. Una vez obtenidos los datos en archivos planos o Excel, se facilitarán para su descarga desde nuestro portal. Software Más proporcionará al usuario la contraseña para descargar el archivo. Sólo el usuario con la contraseña proporcionada podrá descargar los datos. Una vez verificada la descarga del fichero en formato winzip *.zip, Software Más queda excluido de CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD y de cualquier obligación derivada del uso de los DATOS en hojas de cálculo Excel que serán entregados en sus respectivos ficheros de Excel.

Al instalar el SplashTop o Teamviewer, el usuario debe proveer el Número de identificación que proveen las aplicaciones. El representante de Software Más ingresará a la PC a la hora y fecha predeterminada por el usuario y el técnico.

Las citas deben de ser en tiempo local de hora de Miami, Florida, horario de 9:00 AM a 4:00 PM de Lunes a Viernes. Software Más le responderá como proseguir con su cita.
